Document Implementation

This document is of course implemented only in HTML form. I.e. it is not duplicated on other any other format, except paper... In its first version, it is not supposed to demonstrate HTML document base use, normally making heavy use of hypertext links to numerous distributed files in order to ease on-line browsing.

Actually, I suspect that on-line distribution of this document (i.e. publishing its URL string) may not be required in a first step. The reason is simply its primary purpose. Remember, though that its essential use is on-line, i.e. your reading from the screen of your computer, using your favorite Web page browser. That simply means that, by printing it, you'll loose some information, particularly and most annoyingly, hypertext pointed at by links won't show on the paper. Why? Simply because hypertext document very badly map to paper copies: inlining (or expansion to text content) of links in particular cannot be solved in a generic way.
But we'll show later in this document that this is not a problem, on the contrary.

Marc's note Sorry: Claude's intention was to make this document easily printable, and for this reason, contained in one page. However, this made it impossible for me to write related information without duplicating information. So that I broke it down to pieces, making thus printing as such more difficult.

This document hard-copy look and feel is weak. In particular, all hypertext is lost. This could be somehow enhanced in the future (but never really fixed) with printing custom tools.
