Check release

The intend to allow you to:

• select a set of fixed labels, from the labels file version or not,
• perform a check over the respective config records.

This may be used e.g. for:

• just checking that the component you just released matches the ones released by others
• making a new version of labels in a side branch, and releasing a consistent set of components for some IT testing, which may itself be OK e.g. for:
  • starting the IT testing before every component is available
  • taking a step back and releasing a valid combination that was not found for accidental timing reasons as one version of the labels file.
