Motif 2.0 - The next generation

Motif 2.0 supports widget subclassing based entirely on C++ classes by
providing the XmCxxPrimitive and XmCxxManager C++ base classes.
Widgets derived from these classes are truly C++ classes, as widget
methods are non-static C++ member functions [...].  Each C++ widget is
supported by a C++ widget metaclass that represents and encapsulates
Xt's notion of a widget class record.
