Calling a program an 'expert' is misleading
in exactly the same way as calling it 'intelligent' or saying it 'understands.'
The misrepresentation may be useful for those who are trying to get research funding
or sell such programs,
but it may lead to inappropriate expectations by those who attempt to use them.
