QASE (Quality Assured Software Engineering), has a testing tool
called MetaC.  It does code coverage, as well as some lint-style error
checking and checking for common syntactic errors.  It supports C and
C++.  It also does simulation of library calls to test responses to
memory allocation errors, etc.
