Force newly created directories to be group writable, whatever the umask. This should be done only on Unix (not on NT).
Without this trigger, it is the current value of the user's umask which determines the protection of the directory elements. This trigger ensures that vob directories are by default accessible by all users (through check-out/check-in).
It is a global element, post-operation trigger, on the mkelem operation, when applied to elements of type directory
This trigger was created in all the VOBs in current use, excepted tools10 and release. It may be missing in some vobs, and be found in different variants (cannot be global).
